- To make reservations by phone: Call 519-681-0680, then press '1' for reservations, then '2' for res. Manager (M-F, on weekends press ‘0’ and ask for in-house reservations).
- Online reservation link is being prepared by the hotel and will be distributed later.

- Rates: $189 CAD with 1 king or 2 queen beds (FYI, this is approx. $140 USD at today’s rate – which will vary next July when you are checking out of the hotel).

Self inspection forms
Click the Self Safety Inspection Form button below for a printable form. This completed form is required for all annual tours, and some chapters print copies for all participating members to check their Model T's for safety as an activity on a local club tour.

The Tour Operations Manual describes "best practices" on hosting a MTFCI Annual Tour. The Tour Book provides specific information that will assist a tour chairperson or tour committee planning to host an annual tour. Local chapters that are hosting local tours or events can use much of the information.
